DSG Automation's customer needs to acquire in real time productive data coming from an its productive site in Serbia. Solution studied and installed by DSG Automation staff is based on an industrial PC without monitor installed in electrical equipment , that acquires production data from control PLC ; this industrial PC archives production data received from control system and at end of production shift sends them by an e-mail to a server located in headquarter in Venice's province.
Next step is installation of a system based on TV cameras which could be connected to web : production control can visualize critical points in real time from Italy and then take quickly decision on technical improvements to bring in process.
