DSG Automation installed and tested near an end user of international thickness in house products , placed in Padua , n.2 acquisition and tracking data systems in different production area of same company.
First installed system is entirely PC based and furnished application foresees productive data management coming from final assemblage lines of product ; data are convey through bar code readers and then they are acquired , elaborated and archived through applications developed by DSG Automation staff in evolved enviroment language with a relational dBase used for storage data section.
Second system is an application that for process control section was developed departing from an existing implemented on PLC Siemens S7-400 , while for acquisition and archived data part has entirely been developed and installed on a server devoted to purpose using tools for evolved languages and relational dBase support too.
Described applications were integrated during progress production , assuring continuity of work plants and , at same time , testing in real time new applications.
